Broken Age... TV and Xbox controller please :)

Most of you will either have backed or at least know about Double fine's new point and click adventure called "Broken age".

This was a huge kickstarter success and maybe the beginning of a new way to fund videogames. Last week the backers, got our hands on the first half of the game. It looks beautiful, really well done and I can't wait to spend some time on it and unveil the story.

Since these days I mostly use my pc with steam big picture I thought it would be cool to have a way to play Broken age on my TV with the xbox wireless controller. I did some research and I came across this piece of software:

https://www.joystixpro.com/get-joystix

It's free if you only use one profile, which was more than enough for what I wanted to do. Now I'm ready for some broken age action on my TV!! yaaay!

Test

Last weekend I decided to take a little break from my shot to gain some perspective. After a long Saturday of not animating, I went back to maya and animated a fast test. The idea was to do something that wouldn't take me more than a couple of hours. This is what I came up with.

Second blocking pass...

Some progress on my personal dialogue shot. It's hard to find time to throw in a shot after a full day of work, but it's definitely worth it :)
